Responsible for activities involving the formulation of systems scope and objectives, analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems, and devising or modifying procedures to solve end user problems.
Conducts feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and investigates the establishment and implementation of new or revised applications systems and programs. Encodes tests and debugs applications programs and procedures.
May cover such duties as preparing detailed specifications from which programs can be written; conducting problem analysis and submitting recommendations for a solution; report design and generation. May write some screen interfaces or small executables but typically does not do much coding.

SMART Deliverable:
● Work with Solutions, HR and the Program to develop a robust approach and plan for role mapping, including development of grouped/composite roles
● Develop clear role descriptions to enable the Change Network and end users fully understand which roles they should be aligned 
● Develop, manage and maintain an accurate dataset of users mapped to system roles from inception through to go live
● Provide output to Change Agent leads to enable them to review and manage their business users and manage changes and updates
● Provide a baseline list to the training team for alignment to training courses
● Work with the IT team to gain initial data sources, cleanse and confirm accuracy prior to mapping
● Work with the System role team align ways of working and ensure a joined up approach to changes which ensures updates to system roles are fed through to role mapping.
● Provide data and stats when required.
Skills/Experience:
● Proven knowledge and experience of successfully developing role mapping with a large scale ERP program to enable accurate alignment of users to system at go live
● Excellent data manipulation, database and excel skills with a good understanding of technology to support the role ● Strong analytical skills to determine best use of data and reporting
● Strong planning and reporting capabilities
● Ability to work with teams to develop the best approach
● Good communication skills to liaise with the team and Change Network
