The Contract Technical Recruiter Will: Strategize, develop and execute sourcing & recruitment staffing strategies for Technical positions across assigned areas. In this role you will work closely with and in cooperation with HRBPS, VUE’s re recruiting team, and hiring managers to determine and deliver talent to drive product development and infrastructure including DevOps, Cloud Mgmt, Software Development & Architecture. Partner with technology managers and HRBP, and Technical Recruiter on recruiting and sourcing strategy, designing job postings, and reporting progress Leverage both personal and social networks to identify unique and interested talent sources across multiple technology domains. Will recruit the following roles (exact list tbd) Developers, SQA, and entry-level technical Talent through our College Recruiting programs
 Responsible for company branding, posting accuracy, and maintenance of job opportunities on all job posting sources (company page, LinkedIn, niche groups, etc) and ultimately owns delivering a well-branded candidate experience. Responsible for applicant management and dispositioning within ATS including meeting all Affirmative Action & EEOC requirements. Review, screen and position candidate’s background to provide both information about Pearson VUE and the position, but also to provide advocacy for identified candidates when submitting to hiring managers. Coordinate the screening and interviewing of candidates by hiring managers in partnership with broader recruiting team and Central Pearson HR Support groups (PPS). Other duties as assigned.
