Roles and responsibilities:   The Candidate should lead the customer multiple call center Business teams and multiple IT managers. This PM position needs to be play client PM role and work with multiple call center applications across customer call center locations, IT management with Multiple Delivery leads from all stake holders like vendor/Business/Infrastructure partner. This PM should also work closely with the implementation team and Infrastructure PM.
Skills:
Acts as the main point of contact for Multiple Call Center applications success with a given client and be Accountable for Business growth and delivery.
Deliver programs to customer on schedule and budget with high quality.
Responsible for Profitability and revenue growth.
Effectively manages and strives to maintain and improve client satisfaction levels on an ongoing basis.
Works with various internal departments such as Platform, Program and Implementation groups to ensure that client expectations met and satisfaction levels are maintained or improved.
Interacts with Multiple Vendor at corporate client to solve problems, foster a strong partnership with customer.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
PMP Certified.
Preference to have CISCO UCCE, Quality and workforce management (Calabrio).
Soft Skills/Others:
Superior communication and presentation skills.
Significant business development and solution selling capability.
Responsible for establishing and managing client relationships with key decision makers.
Capacity to challenge partners as well as capacity to show added value in relationship with them.
Self-motivated and able see tasks through to completion to required quality and timescale.
Team player and networking (colleagues as well as external partners).
Excellent Management and communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to
