Works on issues that impact department success or address future concepts, products or technologies.  Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization.
Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.  Acts as a team lead on highly visible projects and mentors others
 In addition to full accountability and ownership of project execution, updates process and project artifacts to drive greater value and ensure project execution
 Leverages fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas and new paradigms to improve work group processes
Demonstrates understanding of the financial & economic levers that impact business performance & deploys them to improve short- and long-term results.
 Recognized within IT as both a program management expert and thought leader
Trusted advisor to business partners who are key stakeholders and sponsors for the program; effective in influencing priority and direction.
 Leveraged as an ambassador for IT
 Preferred 6-10 years of project management or related experience.
 Bachelors of Science in CS, MIS, related technical degree or equivalent work experience with minimum of 3 years of technical work experience
Demonstrates a wide range of experience and deep knowledge of domain expertise by role modeling and coaching Scrum Masters / PM's
 Leads initiatives within the PEM org to develop common practices and drive consistency within PEM
Masterful negotiating skills across project teams, organization and vendors
